Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Safe Wheels Auto Rental Grenada. By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making or using a booking.
1. Rental Requirements
Renters must hold a valid driver’s license for at least two (2) years.
An International Driver’s Permit may be required for non-Grenadian license holders.
A valid photo ID or passport must be presented at the time of rental.
2. Rental Period
The minimum rental period is 24 hours.
Late returns may incur additional charges. A grace period of 1 hour may be allowed at our discretion.
Early returns are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by management.
3. Payments and Deposits
Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking or vehicle pickup.
Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.
A security deposit is required to cover potential damages, traffic violations, or late fees.
All prices are quoted in Eastern Caribbean Dollars (XCD) unless stated otherwise.
4. Vehicle Use
Vehicles must not be used for racing, towing, or off-road driving.
Smoking and transporting illegal goods are strictly prohibited.
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when rented. Refueling charges may apply otherwise.
5. Insurance and Liability
All vehicles are covered by third party insurance.
The renter is responsible for the deductible/excess amount in the event of an accident.
The renter is liable for damages caused by negligence, drunk driving, or unauthorized drivers.
6. Breakdown and Roadside Assistance
In the event of an accident or breakdown, contact us immediately at + 1473 416 7345 before arranging any repairs.
7. Traffic Violations and Fines
The renter is fully responsible for all parking tickets, speeding fines, or traffic offenses incurred during the rental period.
8. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup.
Cancellations made within 48 hours or “no-shows” may incur a one-day rental charge.
9. Vehicle Condition
All vehicles are inspected and photographed before and after rental.
Any damage not noted on the check-out form will be charged to the renter.
10. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is collected only for booking, billing, and insurance purposes and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Grenada. Any disputes shall be resolved under Grenadian jurisdiction.
